Sports betting markets on the Platform — including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other sporting events — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event type. In the event of technical errors during gameplay or a live betting event, ma888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's Account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ma888. Unauthorised use of ma888's Intellectual Property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ma888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ma888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ma888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from Force Majeure events, including network outages, regulatory interventions, or third-party payment processor failures outside ma888's reasonable control.

ma888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ma888 reasonably determines that: (a) a Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) a Player's Account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ma888; or (d) a Player has requested self-exclusion.
Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at ma888's discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method within 10 business days.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ma888 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days.
ma888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ma888 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are particularly significant, ma888 may also notify active Players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ma888 operates.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and ma888, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ma888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. Formal disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the relevant event. ma888 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 21 business days.
Nothing in this clause shall limit ma888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in relation to Intellectual Property infringement or fraudulent conduct.
